( pre 1984 )!st place in midnight alarm competition!st place best appearing modern apparatus2nd place fastest water from a draft2nd place fire truck pull competition3rd place out of the house at a fire competition. memorial to msp, trooper 2 click on the image to see all of the images for this story. september 21, 2008 - the hebron volunteer fire dept. would like to offer their sincere condolences to the family, friends , fellow flight paramedics and troopers on the loss of the crew onboard msp aviation division trooper 2.our prayers go out to the friends and families of paramedic tfc. mickey lippy nremt-p, and piolt ret. cpl. stephen h. bunker.our prayers also go out to waldorf fire and rescue squad on their loss of tonya mallard emt-b who was also onboard assisting with patient care.our thoughts and prayers go out to jordan a wells who surrived the crash. mvc - car vs motorcyle click on the image to see all of the images for this story. september 14, 2008 - sept.14, 2008 hebron vfd was alerted for a serious mvc involving a car and a motorcycle, nanticoke rd. and westbrooke dr. enroute units were advised cpr was in progress. arriving units found pt. lying in roadway, and assumed care. hebron ems transported 1 pri. 1 to prmc. nanticoke rd was closed for a brief period of time.units on scene, car 5, paramedic a and b5, r/p 501, fire police, msp and wicomico county sheriff dept. units cleared @1830 hrs. officer injuried click on the image to see all of the images for this story. august 24, 2008 - su august 24 at 1921 hrs. hebron fire/ems was alerted for an assault. upon arrival crews were told to stage on the roadway that the scene was not secure. msp, and wicomico county sheriffs dept. were on location.a k-9 officer had chased the assailant into a wooded area were he stepped in a hole twisting his ankle.hebron fire and ems were asked to assist in locating the down officer. the officer was carried out, with non-life threatening injuries.a-5, b-5, command 5, (chief beach) and brush5, were on scene. units were on scene until 2208 hrs. recent headlines august 8, 2008 - accident w/ rollover & rescue august 8, 2008 - mvc with rescue rt. 50 july 3, 2008 - assist mardela with structure fire june 26, 2008 - engine tanker gets 1st place and a 3rd place may 22, 2008 - emergency vehicle operator course may 15, 2008 - assist west side mvc with rescue may 13, 2008 - assist delmar with trailer fire april 22, 2008 - house fire with west side april 18, 2008 - new command unit in service april 16, 2008 - rescue training design by jba design. hebron fire department © 2006-2007
